RDC meetings are scheduled monthly on the second Wednesday at 6 p.m. or “as needed”. All scheduled meetings are conducted in the Town Council Room of the Albion Municipal Building, which is located at 211 East Park Drive, Albion 46701.
RDC responsibilities:
The Albion Redevelopment Commission (RDC) is governed by Indiana Code
36-7-14. Our RDC’s function is to oversee the Tax Increment Finance (TIF)
Allocation Areas. The Commission is very active and most recently appropriated
monies and adopted a Façade Improvement Grant Program to assist downtown
Business owners with exterior building repairs.
